Oh no! Poor choice of colour for text!

HELP I haven't coded in years and am not sure what I'm doing anymore lol.

I'm mostly testing things out & seeing if things work which they might not so there isn't really anything to look at? So far the things that DO work include the custom cursor (for now), fancy fun lil boarders with gradients (for now), and having some pretty colours (also for now).

Something I have noticed which is pretty weird is that when I come back to furthur mess with the cite is that the HTML file can't find the CSS file? Like if I edit it on monday and come back on wednesday anything I save on wednesday the HTML can't read it. The strange solution thus far is to change the name of the CSS file and update it on the HTML. which is weeeiiird.

Favicon, what should I choose?
how do I get the header background to reach until the boarder again? I think it was something to do with padding?
